8 monthsary

Nearly 8 months I've been working.. It is a new experience to start my career after graduating from university.  Alhamdulillah I did not have to wait for a long period of time to start work as I am started my work after 1 month completing my studies.

Work in one of the bread manufacturing company is such an interesting to be explored.  Looking at the production of the bread make me feel proud because we managed to produce the food for people in Malaysia.  Bread is one of the most popular all time meal among Malaysian and also people around the world.  People could take it on their breakfast, lunch, tea time and also dinner. 

As an Event Coordinator who act as a main role for the factory visit, I managed to get various feedback from the visitor that had come to our factory.  Majority of them gave a good feedback and also loveeeee our bread very much.  This kind of visit give opportunity to me to know and communicate with all kind of people from kindergarten kids till the senior citizen.  It such a good pleasure for me because it help me to polish my communication skills and also building the networking among the visitor. 

Besides that, I also manage the training in this company.  It is also a new experience to me because I have to plan and also manage the training that is done for the staff either in-house training or public training.  It is also a good start where I am able to learn about HRDF which I never knew before.  I also manage to build a good rapport with the training provider and it will make easier for me if there is any training needed from the staff.

8 month in the career world is very tough.  It is where the new process of learning begun.  As a fresh graduate that do not have much experience, many things that I need to learn.  What we learn on paper does not applied 100% in the working world.  I may be not expertise enough but with practice and chance given, I am sure that I would be able to learn it.

More thing to learn and it will give more challenges to me to go through this world.  My job maybe not as great as other but I am really appreciated with what I have now.  It is a motivation for me to work harder in order to achieve my dream job.
